Meditation has been used for thousands of years as a daily practice to balance the mind and body. Mindfulness Meditation is a simple and effective form of meditation that involves sitting and following ones breath or body sensations.
Recent research has shown Mindfulness Meditation to be an invaluable tool in promoting self awareness and stability of mind, in helping people to cope with problematic thoughts and in reducing stress, anxiety and depression.
After teaching hundreads of people to meditate over the last 10 years it has become clear to me that although the meditation practice is quite simple many people become confused about how to apply this in their daily life.
My emphasis in teachings is on establishing a consistent daily practice and showing you how to use meditation to better understand and manage thoughts, feelings and body sensation. Further helping you to apply everything you learn when meditating to daily life helping you to have:

- balance in certain bodily systems
